Handstand Wall Runs done to Rip & Tear from DOOM 2016
My first video! Gymnastics atrength training is my lifeblood and it's largely responsible for most of my athleticism. These are called "handstand wall runs" and are an excellent way to build shouler strength necessary for handstands. Initial goal is 5 sets of 30 seconds (this was my 5th set), and then later on you build to 5 sets of 60 seconds.
On another note, DOOM 2016 has one of the most metal OSTs I've heard in a game and gets me pumped lije mad. So good!
