What time would work for you? I can try to do some earlier on days off, I think the one you popped in for was about noontime here. Last night was late even for me.
You should tailor your time for the most people watching. For me between 13:00 through 18:00 (your time) will work, but won't work for your US audience, especially during the week. When I start recording bands again I might catch you on Thursday through Saturday as I usually get back around 2am; about 10pm your time.
I'm still figuring out peak times, and how I can fit them into my "dayjob" schedule.
