I can see what you are saying, although these votes are likely coming from stake that could just be used to self-vote anyway - so aside from advertising to be offering a genuine service which isn't so great (which people who might donate their stake can check up on themselves), it's not exactly more reward pool rape than normal self voting. I appreciate the behaviour of flagging is causing you a problem, but with Steem as it is, there isn't anything I can personally do and neither can others unless they have huge stake and want to get into a flagging war. Unfortunately, if I were you I would create a new account that isn't connecting to your old one and move your tokens to your new account, via a third party that can't be traced. :/
