We live a good distance from the Airforce Academy in Colorado Springs. This is where I think they came from. About 6 or 7 years ago there were about 10 of them holding up traffic in our neighborhood taking their own sweet time walking down the middle of the road to the exit but it's a rarity to see them. This was my second time in 35 years.
