Well, I have been training for 8-9 years now.... actually I probably was supposed to lift heavier by now, in the video I do 2 sets of 2 reps witb 200 Kg but Id like to do tje same with 230 💪🏼👌🏼
Well then, when I'm 50 I might as well lift at least 100kg? :)
Are you 46 now? Or?
