The government has a whole network of underground tunnels. These lead from Maine to Colorado and places in between. Some of the underground bases are 4 miles deep! This is where the black budget money goes. They have tunneling technology that uses the same technology used in 911. It disassociate material. Directed energy weapons. Look up the Hutchison effect. Tesla invented this for free energy and it's being used for evil purposes.
