You're doing great Kubby. As for the warnings "this may contain traces of dairy" or whatever, you can ignore them. They obviously clean the machines between process runs, but they can't be 100% sure they get everything so they have to use those warnings for legal reasons in case someone has severe allergies. But from a vegan perspective, it's fine.

Also London and the UK is VERY vegan friendly. Ignore whoever told you that. Paris I'm less sure about since I haven't been in about 15 years. The French love meat, but it may better these days as awareness has grown. Generally Western Europe is good. I doubt you'll have more problems than you are now, except for maybe language barriers.
