I think he would not like it in the sense that crypto currencies supply is limited hence that will hinder the deficit spending due to lack of control of government over money supply to finance those expenditure. But he is also very wise with his words "when facts change I change my conclusions, what will u do sir" , and this reflect that he should have considered it at least.
