Yes I WAS thinking you must run like a clock! lol
I do most of these things, but when I can. I don't do anything everyday. I'm curious why the Hemp oil, and i don't know what the other one is.

Hemp oil is a very good stress reliever and also has anti inflammatory properties. MCT Oil - Medium chain triglyceride oil is extracted from the coconut oil which is medium-length chains of fats called triglycerides and it is good for Digestion, Brain Health and controlling Bacteria growth.
Overall I find both of these very good and beneficial for my health.
