Doing some manual milling maching job.
Today I have done manual milling job and let me share .
Cad Drawing.
The process are ..
( 1 ) Drill 4 holes according to drawing dimension.
( 2 ) Mill out first corner.
( 3 ) Mill out second and third corner.
( 4 ) Join second and third corner.
( 5 ) Finished Part.
Using Tools .
( 1 ) diameter 16.0 Drill Bit.
( 2 ) diameter 16.0 4 flutes Endmill .
( 3 ) Rotary table.
working time = 3 hours
