    It's not OK for an elector to be faithless, regardless.

    I pointed out that the one faithless elector was replaced as should have been. That would have been another Clinton loss.

    The funny thing was that despite all the noise about preventing Trump from winning, it is the harpy that is losing votes

    There is no way they can reverse the decision of a landslide victory. I'm no fan of Trump but people need to get over it. Also it might be good to see what an outsider can do to shake things up. I don't think people like Elon Musk etc are stupid and they seem to see some potential for change and advancement. I think the greater fear is that when he gets into power the change won't happen.

    I think the most noise we are getting is from an extremely insulated, fairly small, but disproportionately influential segment of our population. I have to admit to trolling these folks,as I think there is no mutual ground between our visions.

    As far as Trump, he has made many of the right noises from my perspective, but I was never sure he was gouing to follow through. I have to say that Mattis, Kelly and Flynn are excellent choices for those positions, and I am beginning to have some faith in him

    I went full out support for Trump in the election despite not trusting him. That's how bad the globalist/leftists alliance is IMHO.

    Yes who knows for sure. I try to stay away from conspiracies too because if you go too far with that it is a recipe for extreme paranoia! The JFK one is almost a dead cert IMO though - I'm not saying Oswald wasn't involved but I don't think he was the lone gunman but anyway that is a different matter.

    Yes. I just hope he doesn't end up in their pockets too. I once heard someone semi-jokingly say that the reason all these politicians never do what they said they would is because on the first day in the White House - the real powers that be show them a video of JFK getting shot from a totally new angle. Then they get into line and follow orders after that lest the same happen to them (or worse a family member).

      A possibility. I haven't been too big on conspiracy theories until the last few years. There is something going on with PizzaGate, but I don't know exactly what.

      The theory that I buy into is that you don't gain full access to the major power groups unless they have blackmail leverage on you. IF that is true (I got no proof, but shit like Rotherdam, the BBC molester, Roman Polanski, Hollywood child abuse, etc etc, certainly gives it some plausibility), then Trump may be out of their reach:

      • He is rich of his own accord
      • He enjoys life on his own terms. Hey if a woman throws her pussy at you, you gotta grab it...it's only gentlemanly. But this means his excesses are already well known, and envied by most, not to be despised.

      The beautiful thing about the division of powers here is that it becomes harder (not impossible) for a power group to have full control

      But we shall see...
