LED Light Repair | Problem Pin Holder Cap.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I am going to share with you an LED light repair job.

This is an LED light of our Bangladeshi brand company, which is available in the market for 300 to 350 taka. The pin holder cap on the back of this light is damaged. So I was given the task to fix it, and I took 40 taka as a wage.

Step -01

First I took the LED light in front of my work table. Then you can see from the back of the light that it has opened and a resistance has been made; basically, it is a fuse resistance.

Step -02

After that damaged holder, I took a pin holder of a cheap Chinese light, and there was no soldering; there were two screws which could be opened and attached with the help of hands. Then I prepared the red and black wires of 220-volt input voltage nicely to attach to the pin holder.

Step -03

Then I used two wires to insert the wire inside the pinholder, one red and one blue. And I inserted those wires through the top of the pinholder and took out the two wires from the circuit from the inside.

Step -04

After taking out the two wires, you can see that I have installed the two pins nicely. Then I made a small hole there to put a screw in so that the pin holder does not fall out.

Step -05

Then I put a small screw there, as you can see, and the old pinholder cap is left in my hand. My light repair is now complete again, and I will test it through the series board. After testing, you can see that it has lit up very nicely.

Step -06

Now I will give the repaired light to its owner, and I will take 40 taka as a service charge. And I have taken a selfie to keep my proof with my work.
