Grinding Machine Repair | The problem is the input voltage wire and capacitor.

How is everyone? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I am going to share a wonderful repair job with you. A painter in our factory gave me three hand grinding machines to repair because his work was stopped because he had to rub and clean a lot of old iron.

Step -01

First I brought the hand grinding machine to my work table, and then I did it. Then I opened the cover, which is attached by two screws at the bottom. And when this machine was given to me, it was said that there was no capacitor inside it; the damaged capacitor had been lost.

Step -02

So I bought a capacitor according to the standard of this machine, 22k 275V. Then I collected a connector wire through four clips to connect it to the capacitor.

Step -03

Then I connected the 220-volt voltage and the capacitor to the armature of the machine, and then the machine started rotating; my initial test was successful. Then the input voltage wire under the hand grinding machine was damaged. I cut that wire and will connect it again.

Step -04

You can see a barbed wire in my hand now; this is the old wire, and the connection used to run from here again and again, and the factory safety was repeatedly banned, so this input voltage wire should be fixed. Then see, according to that, I carefully cut the wire and how neatly I took out the two wires of the input voltage and attached the clip to the machine and screwed it.

Step -05

Then I will connect the two wires of the 220-volt input voltage on both sides; one wire is connected to the switch, and one wire is directly connected to the capacitor, and the other wire is connected to the capacitor after coming from the switch and soldered.

Step -06

After the soldering work was done, I insulated the joints and covered them with plastic covers after soldering and arranged the wires in a nice place. Then, since I did not have such a socket board with industrial socket pins, I connected the 220-volt input voltage through the connector wires.

Step -07

Finally, I applied the 220-volt input voltage to the machine, and you can see that I am holding the machine tightly in my hand because the machine is now running and it is completely fixed. Now I will deliver the machine and take the service charge, and since I do the work from home, I take very little money from my customer. And I took a selfie to keep as proof of my work.
