The Purple Elf

The Purple Elf wanted a sword to sit and look at. This could be considered a fairly original action, to my dad, but not to the Elf, who had come to the conclusion that the idea was breathtaking. You wouldnt have thought, a sword is the thing to select.

The Purple Elf wanted a rubber johnny that they liked to sit and look at. It would have been an astonishing undertaking, to me and my husband, but not to the Elf, who thinks that it was in fact, fun. Remarkably, a rubber johnny was the thing that was selected.

The Purple Elf carried a stapler that they sometimes try to nail to the wall. One might say this is a weird and wonderful undertaking, to you and me, but not to the Elf, who feels that this idea was exciting. Bizarrely, a stapler was the item that was selected.

The Purple Elf desired a pencil sharpener that they would sleep with. It might be a fairly surprising thing to do, to me and my children, but not to the Elf, who had come to the conclusion that the idea was wonderful. A pencil sharpener would be the thing that was opted for.

The Purple Elf needed a sack of potatoes that they would often put down their trousers. It is considered to be a fairly astonishing approach to life, to me and my wife, but not to the Elf, who had decided it was the most awesome idea. Who would have thought, a sack of potatoes is the thing that was chosen.

The Purple Elf needed a magic 8 ball that they would occasionally demolish. It should have been a fairly different action, to me, my mum and my dad, but not to the Elf, who expected that this idea is out of this world. A magic 8 ball would be the thing that was selected.
