エルサルバドル国立デジタル資産委員会（CNAD）が米国証券取引委員会（SEC）との間で、トークン化不動産に関する規制サンドボックスの構築を提案していることがDecryptなどの報道で明らかになった。CNADのアドバイザーを務めるパーキン法律事務所のエリカ・パーキン弁護士が24日にDecryptに語ったところによると、このサンドボックスにより米国企業がエルサルバドルでトークン化不動産プロジェクトを実験できる可能性があるそうで、 両機関は先週月曜日に会談を行い、国境を越えた規制実験の場の創設について協議した。SECが公開した文書によれば、このサンドボックスは「米国・エルサルバドル間の絆を強化し、グローバルな規制調和を促進する」とともに、「1兆ドル規模の資産クラスの可能性を解き放つ」ことを目指している。特に注目されるのは、エルサルバドルで展開する「小規模な不動産プロジェクト」のトークン化に米国企業が参加できる点らしいのですがこれは面白いそうですね。
It has been reported by Decrypt and other media outlets that the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador (CNAD) is proposing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to create a regulatory sandbox for tokenized real estate. According to CNAD advisor Erica Parkin of Parkin Law Firm, who spoke to Decrypt on the 24th, the sandbox could allow U.S. companies to experiment with tokenized real estate projects in El Salvador. The two agencies met last Monday to discuss the creation of a cross-border regulatory experimentation space. According to documents released by the SEC, the sandbox aims to "strengthen ties between the U.S. and El Salvador and promote global regulatory harmonization" as well as "unlock the potential of a trillion-dollar asset class." Of particular interest is the fact that U.S. companies can participate in the tokenization of "small-scale real estate projects" in El Salvador, which seems interesting.
