Thank you @cyberblock you're looking good for sure. I just found a possible new source for panels from talking with Ernest Hancock. http://sunelec.com/home/ Very good prices even when not buying bulk panels. They are selling the higher efficiency monocrystalline panels with 10 year warranty for $0.58/watt for single 280 Watt panels. The cheapest I've bought so far were at least $0.63/watt.
Looks like a really good deal. I'll check it out!
