Yellow Ray Flower

Hi friends ... good night and happy break after doing the activity today. My post is kenikir flower or called Yellow Ray Flower. Flower kenikir comes from Latin America and lives in the tropics. In my country Indonesia, kenikir grow in the lowlands and mountains. Flower kenikir is also one of the ornamental plants that exist in the home page. Aside from being an ornamental plant, the kenikir flower is also a flower plant that is very important for the health world because it contains protein, fat and carbohydrates, and is rich in calcium and vitamin A, which contains antioxidants to counteract free radicals. As we know free radicals, can trigger many diseases, such as cancer and heart.
