Ethical Social Organizations

A 3% tax for all purchases is only tax for all government organizations in a nation, that divided by three, 1% for local or community, 1% for state, province or region, and 1% for National.
Government entities should be required to perform within their means and disclose a complete list of expenditures. Government may sell an interest paying hond if the bond is secured by assets held by the state.
Property purchased with title should be free and clear of any future lean or levy by the state.
Trade should be unrestricted free and fair in the spirit of the laws of supply and demand and quid pro quo. The 3% tax should be remitted for all transaction.
