HHH are fun, I unfortunately couldn't find time to visit one in my city. I will definitely do that after letting the burden of work out of my head. also Correct me If I am wrong...Is that Ice block on which those guys are resting? and why,Is it relaxing to do that?

The ice block is a tradition that most of the chapters adhere to. It is meant to be a "roasting seat" of sorts when the other members make fun of you while you are sitting on it. I don't mind getting iced because it is a fantastic way to cool down very quickly. :)
