12 “THEN IT SHALL COME TO PASS, BECAUSE YOU LISTEN TO THESE JUDGMENTS, [law or ordinance] AND KEEP AND DO THEM, THAT THE LORD YOUR GOD WILL KEEP WITH YOU THE COVENANT AND THE MERCY WHICH HE SWORE TO YOUR FATHERS.
13 And He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your fathers to give you.
14 You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock.
15 AND THE LORD WILL TAKE AWAY FROM YOU ALL SICKNESS, AND WILL AFFLICT YOU WITH NONE OF THE TERRIBLE DISEASES OF EGYPT WHICH YOU HAVE KNOWN, BUT WILL LAY THEM ON ALL THOSE WHO HATE YOU."
Deuteronomy 7:12-15 (NKJV)

What could be deduced in the above passage is that when God's Word, ordinance, is kept and done; God also will keep whatever covenant or promise He had made with you or your spiritual parent (Deuteronomy 7:12).
A number of things are said or promised to be done:
a. God will love you and bless you and multiply you (Deuteronomy 7:13).
b. The fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land shall be blessed. Israel's means of livelihood was agriculture; their grain, new wine and oil would be blessed, and there would be increase of their cattle and the offspring of their flock—in the land God was giving to them (Deuteronomy 7:13). Which could mean an increase in whatever a believer in Christ is doing for living in the contemporary time.
c. Another thing is, they shall be blessed above all peoples, and there would be no male or female barren among them and among their livestock (Deuteronomy 7:14). In today's view, a believer in Christ Jesus who walks in the light of God's Word would not be barren and his work would not as well.
d. All sicknesses would be taken away from them, and they would not be afflicted with terrible diseases which they know, but such would be laid on those who hate them (Deuteronomy 7:15).

If this was critically observed, one would discover that the foundation for the fulfillment of the blessings that are talked about would be based on their obedience to God's Word or judgements specifically given to them (Deuteronomy 7:12).
Whatever blessing; that a believer in Christ Jesus would receive from God, be it on protection, fruitfulness, multiplication, either physical or spiritual; It all premised on the person's obedience to the written Word of God—being a practicer or doer of the Bible and other specific instructions given to him or her through the Holy Spirit. No one lives in disobedience to the Word of God and enjoys all the full benefits of God's Kingdom.

The only and main important thing in walking with God is doing or practicing what God said in His Word and other specific instructions given to an individual believer. However, the flesh, the world, and the devil would not want the believer to do it—obey the Word. The devil knows the blessing and wellness of a believer lies in his or her obedience to God's Word or principles or instructions.

If there is anything to strive for by a believer, It is the ability to be a doer or practicer of God's Word—being obedient to every instruction given to him to the letter. It is not all about spiritual warfare as some people claimed, but primarily about obedience to the written Word and every instruction given to the believer by God. The devil, demons, and agents of the dark kingdom get access to a believer's life when he or she is under disobedience. It could be when the believer unconsciously or ignorantly disobeyed or delayed in obeying the written Word or the specific instruction of God to him.
Peace.
