Ingredients:
1 small pumpkin, peeled and cubed
1 apple, diced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: drizzle of honey
Instructions:
