I remember seeing an idiotic article on a social justice warrior website a year or so ago that said father-daughter dates were creepy and dangerous. What a crock. I don’t have a daughter, but if I did, I think they’d be an outstanding time to spend quality time with a daughter. What better way for a father to lead a daughter by example by showing her what qualities in a man they should admire and respect when it’s time for them to start dating!
Is that pie shop in Surrey? Maybe I’ll have to remember it for when I go back there next!

As far as Ive heard, a girl bases a lot what they look for in a man on how their dad showed affection. Its innocent, but she learns she is loved, and worth treating.
Also my second daughter has health struggles which can necessistate a lot of extra attention, and IMO that means Hazel needs special time too.
Also if I had boys, we would have dad son time too.

Yep, I believe society has completely underestimated just how much of an impact a father has.
I read up somewhere that a lot of the people who are in jail come from single parent homes. Not good.
