CPS doesn't even seem to think they need a pretext for CRIMINAL "medical kidnapping" anymore.

Two recent cases where "Child Protective" "Services" (CPS) was a principle actor in literal (but uncharged or prosecuted) CHILD KIDNAPPING against two totally innocent families seem to prove my title. As with everything else about the corrupt CPS milieu, when they first are granted (or seize) some new power, they are careful and wary in it's utilization. But then, they gradually become inured to the threat that the courts might sanction them, and employ the power in more and more radical ways.

As with a small child, if CPS is not punished for their transgressions, they eventually just get worse and worse, and become insolent and thoroughly intractable in their actions. Additionally, if parents (and their representatives in government) lack the information as to how CPS is really now acting (and they are past masters at hiding their own tracks and withholding information,) and as long as CPS has their own courts to back their actions, there is nothing to hold them accountable. The chances of reversing the damage from/of their new power thus become very slim.

We will take key excerpts from each, and then offer some commentary and some ideas about how we can slow this type of evil, and maybe even reverse it's course.

Here is the first excerpt from the top link:

"Amanda Weber brought her 10-month-old son Zayvion to the emergency room at Children's Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, in May because he'd been constantly coughing and previously had been treated for sleep apnea, Minnesota Public Radio reported. .. Amanda submitted document after document from the doctors — no, he didn’t have a severe case of apnea; his apnea was under control. He didn’t need any medication; there was nothing wrong with him, he just had a cold," Mitchell told KMSP. 'So this started a chain reaction, and when we proved to social services that there was nothing wrong with the child, they still wouldn’t relent.'"

That's the scary part. EVEN IN THE FACE OF MEDICAL PROOF that they had zero evidence against the family, the CPS continued, for weeks, to pursue a separation decree and tore the family apart. The parents missed their child's first steps; and, of course, will never get that precious time back. The child remains traumatized.

"Gunderson (the teenager's mother) says CPS seized her son in September and is forcing him to undergo chemotherapy at Winthrop even though he is in remission. 'They don't want me to be able to exercise my freedoms to choose medical treatment for my child,' says Gunderson.

Gunderson says doctors at Cohen Children's Medical Center misdiagnosed Nicholas' cancer, and gave him the wrong treatment. Gunderson says she told doctors she was taking her son to another facility for treatment. 'They proceeded to contact the police and CPS and explain that we were refusing all medical treatment for our child, which wasn't true,' Gunderson says...

Gunderson says she took her son to Florida for holistic treatment, but when CPS found out, the agency took him back into custody on Oct. 30. Nicholas is now back at Winthrop where Gunderson says he's receiving more chemo against her wishes."

Of course, chemotherapy is a radical, dangerous procedure that many claim has killed as many people as it has helped over the decades. Cancer is such a horrific disease, with so many UNSETTLED AND UNPROVEN opinions about the best ways to treat it, that almost NEVER should any family ever face any such illegal and un-Constitutional "retribution" from some set of medical professionals, just because they disagree with another set.

But, to go beyond the mere seizure of the child, and to forcibly RADIATE him/her when the child has been proven to be cancer free, is an echo of Doctor Mengele and The Third Reich. If the child is further injured (or killed) as a result of this un-needed procedure, the medical decision makers will be guilty of battery and/or murder....in addition to the kidnapping charge.

So, how did we get to this place in "the land of the free, and the home of the brave" where parents and patients can be forced against their will to yield to the pure arrogance of medical professionals, who--especially in the realm of oncology--are wrong nearly as often as they are right? It is called incrementalism. We've talked about the way the "lega system" in this country has gradually removed itsel further and further from the Constitution and the PROPER and LEGITIMATE law via the process of "legal precedent." Well, when it comes to CPS and their cozy (some would say incestuous) relationship with mandatory reporters (especially in the medical field) a very similar process is in play.

Every time a medical kidnapping occurs and the parents don't sue (and many can not due to lack of resources) or there is a suit that is resolved in favor of the kidnappers, another layer of precedent has been created, and it becomes harder and harder for the people to reverse the trend and restore the rule of law.

What is needed is for there to be a central clearing house for any parent or caregiver to call whenever (and as soon as) their child is even threatened with a medical kidnapping. At that point, very strongly-worded letters from lawyers should be sent, injunctions should be sought, every type of media should be contacted; and, where possible the local militia group (if there is mature and responsible leadership) should be called out to guard the family.

Some of that may say that all sounds "radical;" but, when you think about it, what is truly radical is permitting an out-of-control, un-elected set of bureaucrats to break up families with ZERO CAUSE, no court order or proper procedure, etc. THAT IS RADICAL. THAT MUST CEASE.

You can not often reverse the type of incrementalism that has brought us to our current state of crisis v.v. CPS. incrementally. Needed reversals of entrenched and institutionalized malfeasance of this level often (if not always) require radical action...even revolution. As long as we allow medical "professionals" to exert their will--often purely because they feel "insulted" by parents simply questioning their authority-- our nation will continue to be under threat from bureaucratic tyranny.
