CPS--now more powerful than ever--drops even the pretext of a need for a pretext to steal kids.

You know we are moving very quickly now into a total police state when the government doesn't even PRETEND anymore that they need a reason to violate our rights. So called "child protective" "services" (CPS) is exhibit A in the elimination of any pretext or facade of "due process" or "justice."

Consider this week's horror story. Despite multiple requests from citizen journalists and parents' rights groups, CPS still has not provided ANY reason (despite the law REQUIRING THEM TO DO SO) for a recent seizure of a child in the very CPS-challenged State of Texas.

"(On) June 20, 2019, Drake Pardo (4) was illegally removed from his parents and two siblings based on claims by Child Protective Services (CPS) that there was an 'emergency' which required immediate removal from the home. This 'emergency' came after nearly two weeks of stonewalling by CPS officials who initially contacted the family on June 7.

CPS now claims that an emergency suddenly exists which required Drake, but not his two siblings, to be immediately removed from the home. This is despite CPS’s clear failure to make even basic effort to interview the family or in any way avoid the removal, as required by the Texas Family Code. CPS has yet to convey what the actual allegations are.

Prior to the removal, the family filed a complaint against several Children’s Hospital doctors for mishandling their son’s treatment on a previous visit. Children’s Hospital in Dallas appears to have reported the Pardos to CPS after receiving the complaint."

We are at the point now, with these repeated stories from all over the country of "Children's" Hospitals being at the root of these types of "no reason/pretext" extreme violations of families. It is apparent to this writer, at least, that these hospitals now style themselves as the ultimate authority over any children that come within their purview, the Hippocratic Oath be damned.

This is at least the 5th time I've covered a seizure of children by CPS from/by/with the involvement of a "Children's" Hospital in the past several months, and precedents are definitely being set. If this case doesn't get fully pursued by the parents and reversed, CPS's new trend of not even providing a reason to the public for these kidnappings will become a very dangerous new "standard," as well.

Even though CPS has yet to provide any official reasons for the removal of Drake from his parents, they did show the parents some kind of affidavit...(?):

"The affidavit contained several pages of 'concerns' from one of the doctors at Children’s, including the implication that the Pardos were faking several of Drake’s medical diagnoses, including diagnoses which doctors from Children’s originally made. The doctor who signed the affidavit had never actually seen Drake, but claimed extensive knowledge of his condition.

THSC attorneys Julie Jacobson and Chris Branson are currently representing the family. The Pardos face an upcoming hearing on July 2 where a judge will decide if the removal of Drake was warranted."

Even if it were true (and it obviously isn't because the hospital provided the original diagnoses) how in the world could "faking a diagnosis" be considered an emergency requiring CPS intervention? Some parents can be overprotective, but that is excessive care, if anything, not "abuse." It's obvious that the parents disagreement with the self-appointed GODS of the "medical profession" is once again the real reason for this action on the part of the CPS Gestapo.

Offending a drug salesman (aka "doctor") is now a crime in Amerika, Inc., punishable by having your family destroyed. I strongly suggest being absolutely sure you can't find an alternative to a "childrens'" hospital for your medical needs. Read as many reviews and discuss the care with families who've been involved with any hospital you are considering for your children before taking them in. READ WHATEVER FORMS THEY GIVE YOU BEFOREHAND CAREFULLY and sign nothing that gives the hospital any rights that you should be retaining.

The amalgamation of CPS and the schools and the "medical profession" is nearly complete. It's going to get uglier and uglier. Understand that, and proceed with caution. Keep your kids close, and always talk to them about their day when they come home from school. Let them know that you want to know if they are ever being pulled aside for any reason and questioned by any adult about anything.
