The time to cultivate mustard is coming again.
Nowadays my husband always clicks photos from the fields. So today when I look at his phone, I see the pictures of his fields in which the mustard crop is yet to come. But I have got a picture in which mustard is growing even in the fog season. Mustard is of two types, yellow and black mustard. The price of both is also different. The price of black mustard oil is Rs 110 per kg but the price of yellow mustard is Rs 160. Therefore, yellow mustard is always the most delicious. Everyone knows that in such a situation the price of yellow mustard increases. So my husband always keeps mustard in stock, in which the quantity of mustard increases as per the need. Therefore, I have seen that its seeds are always thick. The seed has many qualities. It gives strength to our body and for the other, we also get more oil from the thickness in the middle of the mustard. It is important to sow mustard on time. Then it is also important to irrigate it on time. Then a lot of attention has to be paid to harvesting because the right time for harvesting is necessary only after the gap in irrigation. Therefore, you can harvest in the month of February and March. Mustard comes to our house in March, so I have the information.
आजकल मेरे पति हमेशा खेतों से तस्वीरें खींचते रहते हैं। इसलिए आज जब मैं उनका फ़ोन देखती हूँ, तो मुझे उनके खेतों की तस्वीरें दिखाई देती हैं जिनमें सरसों की फ़सल अभी आई नहीं है। लेकिन मुझे एक ऐसी तस्वीर मिली है जिसमें कोहरे के मौसम में भी सरसों उग रही है। सरसों दो तरह की होती है, पीली और काली सरसों। दोनों की क़ीमत भी अलग-अलग होती है। काली सरसों के तेल की क़ीमत 110 रुपये प्रति किलो है लेकिन पीली सरसों की क़ीमत 160 रुपये है। इसलिए पीली सरसों हमेशा सबसे स्वादिष्ट होती है। सभी जानते हैं कि ऐसे में पीली सरसों की क़ीमत बढ़ जाती है। इसलिए मेरे पति हमेशा सरसों का स्टॉक रखते हैं, जिसमें ज़रूरत के हिसाब से सरसों की मात्रा बढ़ती जाती है। इसलिए मैंने देखा है कि इसके बीज हमेशा मोटे होते हैं। बीज में कई गुण होते हैं। यह हमारे शरीर को ताकत देता है और दूसरा, सरसों के बीच में जो मोटाई होती है, उससे हमें ज़्यादा तेल भी मिलता है। सरसों की समय पर बुवाई ज़रूरी है। फिर समय पर उसकी सिंचाई करना भी ज़रूरी है। फिर कटाई पर बहुत ध्यान देना पड़ता है क्योंकि सिंचाई में अंतराल के बाद ही कटाई का सही समय ज़रूरी होता है। इसलिए, आप फ़रवरी और मार्च के महीने में कटाई कर सकते हैं। हमारे घर सरसों मार्च में आती है, इसलिए मुझे जानकारी है।
