It is simple in terms of what to do, healthy mind and body to be spiritually beautiful. I struggle with drinking enough water a day. I just completely forget to do that, I don't 'feel' thirsty. But, I have put an reminder on my phone now, every 2 hours now, so working on it.

The two hardest ones for me on that list are sleeping and eating. Those protein bars are so convenient when I'm tired!
