Man!! Eh, it was about 5-6 years ago for me, too, when I first watched one of these mechanically separated meat videos. I couldn’t believe what I was watching. I started digging into all of it—lunch meat, hot dogs, chicken wings, jerky, I had no idea! I didn’t even know what “farm raised fish” meant. I actually thought it meant it was better. But I knew NFL draft day, how to manage a fantasy team, and what time the World Series started!

Too busy working 8, with 8 to sleep and 8 to myself I guess watching sports center and trying to outsmart the feds. No time—it’s a perfect design.
