Yes! I'm so thankful my boyfriend's mom shares with us when she gets a good haul of different things. His parents live up towards the Tennessee border in the northern part of our state where pretty much every has lots of space for gardens. Your hot bean dish sounds delicious, too! I'll probably be using the ones I froze for more hot dishes as I don't think they tend to taste as good in cold dishes after freezing. Either way we will enjoy them while we've got them!
