*Steemit Challenge s26wk1 : The Office Project"

This story is my official entry for Steemit Challenge s26wk1, whose theme is "The Office Project", inspired by my own country, Bangladesh; this is a real-life element.

A rod company is quite famous in our country. Over time, this brand has gained a lot of reputation. Although there are other brands of rods, the quality of our products is good.

Every year, the company is improving with time, but in terms of quality, the owner of the company is hopeful of more profit, but the owner is not able to become more profitable in any way.

But a group of colleagues made a plan about this matter. Among them, the main colleague's name is Maxjon; under his leadership, the company's demand is increasing.

He noticed one thing that their company's product is selling well in the market. He was a marketing manager.

In this way, days passed and years passed. Since the product of this company was in high demand due to its reputation, the manager increased the production of the high-profit part. At the end of the year, production and sales have doubled compared to the previous year.

The owner is very happy to see the high rate and huge sales of his company's products. Besides, it looks like a miracle to him as he has made a lot of profit this year compared to the previous year.

  • He keeps asking the marketing manager how there has been such a change?

  • In reply, the manager explains everything.

He took this initiative to increase the company's profit.

He sends some people from his department to the market, and the market report shows a good reputation, and the company's products are in great demand.

He focuses on his products first, and when the market is down, even if he reduces the rates of other companies' products, his company's products do not reduce their prices, but rather, he wants to prove that their products are in demand.

A company depends on the marketing system for its development, so Maxjon keeps a close watch on the market and keeps the rate constant without reducing the price for a few days. As a result, the market is initially down a bit, but later the product is sold at a high price.

Since the quality of this company's goods is good and the demand for this product increases by word of mouth, the entire Bangladeshi population is branding it.

After that, the price of rods of this company is 2-3 taka higher than other brands. Because this product has now become dependent on everyone. In building a building, everyone first wants to make it with good quality rods.

Currently, this rod company is selling rods outside our country. Buildings abroad are now being built with rods from our country, so our company is becoming quite profitable.

After that, the owner is very happy with the development of the company, and the product sales and production are high, so he is making good profits every month.

  • They sell rods everywhere, from the country to abroad. "Our country's rods are being used to build buildings abroad. Ultimately, the company is getting bigger day by day, and the owner is getting very profitable from it.

I would like to invite my friends @ulfatulrahmah @nurnobi10 and @yaumilahya to take part in the contest.

My observation0.75/1You didn't take a single narrative risk; the plot is a straight line from idea to success, which makes it predictable and flat.

Feedback

  • You built a realistic business story, but you missed the mystery and fantasy elements central to the contest's theme. If you had added a hidden corporate secret, an unexpected discovery, or some surreal twist, your story could have matched the contest's spirit and been far more engaging.
