RE: Steemit Challenge s26wk2 : Mysterious Roommate

in #fiction-s26wk22 days ago

You will know when you go back and read your story again where the reader got lost .For instance,

There was a car on the ground, you said. Ronnie opened the shutter to see if anyone was watching. Since you later said that Ronnie closed the shutter after entering the room, I was unable to determine at the time whether it was a car shutter or a room shutter.

Another place

Then what Ronnie did gave another shock. Yes, there was a half-finished coffin there, which he could guess was Ronnie.

As a reader, I got confused in some places because of this. Sometimes it may be my inability; don't take it all too seriously. Good luck with the challenge.

Sort:

Yes, you are right; it should be like this:

"There was a car shed on the ground floor of the building. When Ronnie lifted the shutter of the car shed, he looked around to see if anyone was watching him."

"Yes, there was a half-finished coffin there, which he could guess was Ronnie had finished half and came to do the rest of the work."

Now I've changed it. Thank you for pointing it out

Your humility in taking the pointing is really appreciated.
