Wordsmiths Fiction Week 1: The Disappeared Leader

Today I will complete the last part of a story by @dove11 sir for the first week of Steemit Challenge 24, hope everyone likes it.

During a storm, a small cargo ship carrying 10 passengers got stranded in the middle of the ocean. They were familiar with the area but were not sure where they were at that moment because all their equipment had stopped working. Then they saw a small island and somehow reached there and anchored.

The ship was severely damaged. Suddenly one morning the rest of the members saw that the leader was not on the ship, and there was no boat either, they were scared at first and everyone started mistaking him. Then
everyone thought he was a traitor.

The leader is very talented so he can find a solution at any moment, this is one of his skills. The leader keeps going to the other side of the ocean to find a solution. Meanwhile, while crossing the ocean in the boat, the leader falls into the hands of the devil. Immediately the devil takes the leader to his lair and he plans to kill the leader on the night of the new moon. The leader was very scared, the devil asked the leader how they were coming to this island, in response the leader revealed everything. But after listening to the leader, the devil became even happier because there were 9 more people there and he could kill them. The devil increases his power by killing people on the night of the new moon but he can kill 3 people at a time on the night of the new moon every month.

So the next day, the devil came to the island in the form of the leader on the ship, and when the other 9 members saw this, they were very happy and they repented of their faith in the leader. As they approached, they started asking the leader (the devil) various questions. In the meantime, the leader's arms and legs grew long and he took on the true form of the devil. Seeing this, everyone fainted. The devil took the 2 people to the hideout.

The devil told them that today, on the night of the new moon, 3 of them would be killed. Everyone was disappointed and began to beg the devils to let them go and not kill them. But he started thinking about what to do at this moment. He immediately took out an idea. He had a piece of mirror in his pocket. When the leader took that mirror to the devil, the face of the devil was seen in the mirror according to the reflection and the leader said, I have trapped you in my mirror and now I will kill you. Hearing this, the devil was very scared and after seeing his face in the mirror, he started accepting it as true.

The devil cried and begged the leader to give him his life back and asked him to let him go. In response to the devil's request, the leader said okay I will not kill you and if you can bring us and our ship back to the shore from the middle of this sea then I will let you go. The devil said he could take 3 of them and the leader agreed to the devil's words, then he brought them to the shore with the power of the devil.

Meanwhile, when everyone on the ship regained consciousness, everyone started to get scared again. The next day, when the leader and the two told their representative everything, they started to see the matter as very complicated. They informed the biggest magician in the area (who casts out devils) and told him everything. The next day, the magician and a few others set off for that island and when they got close to the island, the devil tried to stop the ship. The devil saw the magician and started fighting the magician with his maximum strength.

The magician recited his spell and trapped the devil in the bottle. After a while, when they came in front of the island, 7 members of the ship on the island had already taken sticks in their hands, they thought that they were devils because the devil had come to this ship in the form of the leader last time and they were taking the matter negatively now. As soon as the ship reached the island, they started attacking, then the leader was hit hard on the head with a stick and his head burst and blood came out.

The magician showed them that the real devil was trapped in the bottle and the one they had beaten was the real leader. When they understood, the leader was given first aid quickly and they apologized to the leader. The magician tied the bottle tightly around the devil and threw it into the middle of the sea. Then the leader tried to explain to everyone why he went alone in the boat because the leader was confident that he would do something in this danger, but the other nine did not have this confidence, so he went alone in the boat. Then everyone went to the seashore together.
