Steemit Challenge s26wk1 : The Office Project
A great starting scenario
This great starting scenario was very amazing. Since I am in ceramics, I want to highlight the official story of ceramics and its beginning.

In ancient times, terracotta products were used, but before that, it was seen that they did not have sticks or anything to light a fire. They used to light a fire by rubbing stones.
They used to make a glass-like coating, especially when the sun rose at a very high temperature, they kept the sand in one place. At some point, the sand melted at a very high temperature and some glass coating came.
Then gradually, a little more advanced spherical mirrors or glass lenses focused the sunlight and lit the fire. And from there, gradually, in line with the times, they reached the peak of development and now they are making ceramic products at a temperature of 1200 to 1300 degrees Celsius. A very great starting scenario.
What devices they used, if any
At that time, the ceramic materials were brought in raw form, brought to the country and turned into powder with a hammer machine, after which they were processed to remove dirt.
Then the powder was stored. Through lab tests, different types of materials were combined and then different types of products were made with them, which were fired at high temperatures.
There are also crusher mills. These were basically step-by-step machines that were used to break very large stone-like materials, a type of machine to break them, and then a type of machine to break small stones into powder.
These machines are very old versions that we have not noticed, but we have heard and read in books. Our previous generations have seen them and those who have described them to us have shared their experiences with us.
Their mysterious discoveries
This mysterious discovery of theirs is really commendable. Whoever discovered these ceramics should be given the Nobel Prize. I said this because nowadays terracotta products are no longer as popular as before because now ceramics products have taken over those places. In view of this, I will give him the Nobel Prize because he is able to make such wonderful modern products.
It is very mysterious because by burning the clay, everything is made of white clay or glass. What a strange discovery, isn't it!
Errors and fact
Since I am speaking from Bangladesh, it is true that in Bangladesh, I will say only one thing about errors, the gas problem is a little more here and the materials that are good have to be brought from outside for testing, which is why the cost is high. This is true.
The use of plans
Especially those who are in the planning department and laboratory section check the quality of the product and use it according to the plan.
Before that, the planning department implements the work at the production site and the laboratory department has good knowledge about the materials and uses the composition of the materials to give us beauty enhancement products.
The use of melodrama
I have seen the use of melodrama in different places. They motivate the workers to increase their performance every month and to motivate them, they are given products as gifts.
Also, their salaries are increased every year, thus melodrama has been used.
The conversation
Conversations are held with each department on how to increase production and how we can make better quality products. Quality is discussed in full.
Also, the workers are talked about their facilities and whether they are having any problems in their work, in addition to what they need in their work. All the equipment they need in their work or how to arrange them quickly when they run out is discussed.
End of the story with a result
We have come to the final result. Through the story, we have learned how ceramics were in the past and how they are now.
Ceramic products are very nice to look at, they are very white and shiny products. Seeing furniture of different designs, it especially wins the hearts of women because they love beauty.
I am very happy that we can make these products from Bangladesh and export them abroad, this earns our foreign exchange, the country benefits, the workers benefit, they get their employment.
I am inviting some of my friends to this wonderful competition
