"Steemit Challenge s26wk1 : The Office Project"

Greetings, love & respect to all of my steemian friends.

I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. There is a beautiful and amazing learning challenge. The name of the challenge is Steemit Challenge S26-w1: The Office Project. The challenge organised by @dove11. We have various electrical instruments in our office where we use programs and codes. When the devices break, we install new programs and start them up. The idea for this friction story came from that experience. I am going to share my friction story. I hope everyone will like my post.

Discovery

A multinational tech company in Dhaka named S-tech. One day, the company's research team created a new program in their lab. But when they went to test it, while working, programmer Saif suddenly found a hidden module named Techo in the system code which was activated without anyone's permission. At first, everyone thought it was old useless development code. But data analyst Siam noticed that this module can predict future market trends from huge data in real time with 95% accuracy.

Shadow of the Past

They found out that this code was written by the company's former Chief Scientist named Sabbir Khan, who was mysteriously fired 8 years ago and later disappeared. That's when the conflict began.
The research team informed the CEO of the management Safia Khan about this. But CEO Safia Khan ordered that there was no need to search for this code anymore, just delete it.

Suspicion arose among the team members. This time, they started to look for their CEO.

Chase

They started researching secretly without deleting the program. They saw that this program could predict not only the market but also natural disasters, the spread of diseases and even political unrest. But the stronger the system, the more strange things happened. Inside the code, they found an encrypted message left by Sabbir Khan which read, "If this program falls into the wrong hands, it will be a danger to human civilization." One of the team members was disappointed.

Twist - The return of the invisible programmer and the conversation

When they were ready to create the final demo, Sabbir Khan suddenly arrived one day.

Sabbir: You can't say that you don't want to run it without me.
Saif: You're here! How did you know that we are working on your program?
Sabbir Khan: It's okay if you don't know. But now if you want to run the program, then I need you.
Saif: If it is beneficial for human civilization, then of course we are with you.
Sabbir Khan: Then let's start working without delay.

Final Fight

CEO Safia Khan was present on the day of the product launch. She was smiling. When Sabbir Khan was about to launch the program and show it to everyone present, he saw that the program was not opening. But then an unexpected incident happened. Sabbir Khan took out a pen drive from his pocket and connected it to the laptop and ran the program. In fact, Sabbir Khan himself had kept a copy of this program with him for 8 years. He told everyone in detail about the program and everyone started applauding after seeing this program. Looking at Safia Khan, Sabbir Khan smiled.

Climax and Conclusion

Scientists, startups and independent researchers all over the world started making new discoveries using the this program. The CEO of S-tech was fired. The company gained global fame. Because people saw that they stood for humanity rather than power.

Sabbir Khan disappeared again and left behind only a note where it was written -
“The future can be predicted, but the power to change is always in your hands.”

Flashback

Why was Sabbir Khan fired?

  • The CEO of the company had good relations with various politicians. To maintain that relationship, he asked Sabbir Khan to prepare the program and give it to him, but Sabbir Khan did not agree. So he fired him and closed the program. He was threatened in various ways, so he disappeared without a trace.

How did Sabbir Khan understand that someone had tampered with his program.

  • When someone wants to start the program, he will receive a notification message. A code will be written in the message. After giving that code, the program will run.

How did the team catch the CEO?

  • After suspecting the CEO, they installed a spy camera in the lab room. As a result, when the CEO came to the lab room in the absence of everyone and stole the program, she was caught on camera.

Here the fiction is end now.
