Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S26- W4: which is all time my favourite topic The Unlikely Friendship this amazing challenge organised by @dove11 .

Tina and Dev were working on the same project in the same office. The bitterness between them was spreading in the office. So their boss once called them and said that the accusations that are going on between you people that your attitude is not good for the project. You have to work as a team. Stop doing childish things and work in a professional manner, so that the project can be successful.

Both Tina and Dev accepted their mistake. Both were kept in this project because both were experts in their field. Dev had a funny nature, on the contrary Tina was a girl with strict rules. Both accepted each other's importance and left I and started working on we. Which is necessary for any success.

Now they again made a plan that where we are facing problems with each other, so where Tina needed details of travel expenses from small to big expenses, Dev used to provide all the information easily to her and Tina also understood Dev's work that being the marketing head, Dev will have to do field work in the market, so there will be travel expenses and it is important to have a sociable nature, only then you can easily connect with the market.

When we want to do something creative, then that expense increases a little. Since this expense had to be balanced so that the project can be prepared at a reasonable cost, they discussed that they can also do some marketing through social media. Video calling can also be discussed. So that travel expenses can be reduced, which idea Dev liked. It was implemented.

So for this expense, he fixed a regular amount that the office will pay only upto this amount. Because he had added the maximum amount spent on food. So that no one can cause loss to the office and in the end an instruction was put in the most important note that whatever expenses will be taken from the office. Whether it is fare or food and drink expenses, slip of that expense will have to be given along with ticket and bill.

Dev told Tina that "if this rule is implemented then many questions will arise in people's mind, then" Tina said that "it is natural for that to happen."

When Dev told this rule to his marketing team, everyone started looking at him with surprise, many people did not like this proposal. They opposed this. Since Dev was of a humorous nature, he handled this situation very easily and when he explained his point to everyone, his entire team agreed that this rule will save time as well as travel expenses. Dev and Tina said that we can invest the remaining money on creativity, which will give us better results.

But the dishonest people who used to make their money from this travel expense were not able to digest this and tried to create misunderstanding between Tina and Dev. Dev was told that now we will have to tell them about our work's creativity daily. What does he know about marketing? But Dev was very clear on this matter, because according to him this rule was the right idea to control expenses.

Now the bitterness between the two was slowly ending, they used to talk to each other comfortably and the project Bhib was moving towards success at the right pace, their hard work paid off and the project was launched. Industrialists from every corner of the country came and were very happy to know about this project, which got them a lot of praise.

So Dev and Tina both congratulated each other and then went to their sir, who had explained to them and thanked him that we have definitely worked hard. But you helped a lot in clearing the misunderstanding between us. Thanks for that.
