Tina and Dev used to work in the same office, they both worked in Tena Company, one day Tena had some work in the marketing department, the work was to review the funding and travel budget, after this work came, there was a rift between Tina and Dev, both of them wanted to do things as they wanted.

Tina used to do cost analysis, she tried to do all the expenses according to her, she never liked unnecessary expenses in expenses, and Dev always tried to let everyone in the team work independently, this would cause some extra expenses which were done for the needs of the team members, but Tina did not like that.

Initially, everything was going well, Tina used to keep a regular account of expenses, but after a while, she noticed some inconsistencies in the expenses, which she never liked. Tina also noticed that Dev was overly lenient with his team, he started fulfilling the demands of all the members of the girl, due to which some unnecessary expenses were incurred, and Dev gave them those expenses and counted them in the account.

And Dev thinks that Tina moves like a robot, Tina is only immersed in numbers, she does not understand the practical needs of people and the mentality of people, due to which she cannot come out of her rules.

Due to the fact that the two have different mentality, anger and resentment towards each other start accumulating, almost every week they start arguing about some new mistake, they start complaining to each other, the distance between them increases, a silent war goes on between the two of them, which they cannot express openly in words.

But one day Tina left the office a little late, then almost everyone in the office had left, while leaving the office Tina was passing Dev's desk, suddenly she noticed Dev sitting alone in a chair in front of his desk working, Tina tried to see well what Dev was actually doing in the office.

Tina saw Dev sitting alone, checking all the expenses of the team one by one, and writing those expenses down separately, and finding a reason for each expense, trying to figure out why that expense happened, Tina understood that Dev had a beautiful strategy that Tina had not understood until now.

That day, Dev did not say anything to him, he just changed his opinion of Dev and left, then Tina developed a weakness for Dev.

The next day Tina came to the office first and went to Dev on her own and said something, Tina kept saying that you see things very beautifully and enjoy them, there is humanity in your thoughts and observations, I have never understood that before.

Dev was a little happy to hear Tina's words and he also said that you always try to judge others within the rules, you never tolerate injustice, I had forgotten this fact.

After this conversation between the two, the distance between them was removed, they both started working together, although they still argue sometimes, but that argument is constructive. They are two different people but now they work together and have become a strong team together.
