Looking from the outside Dennis looks like someone that has everything he needs a cool career a penthouse apartment downtown and a good reputation which earns him respect wherever he goes . But aside from the luxury in the surface he is a person that is soaked in tons of loneliness and regret. He consistently replays the day which he messed up his relationship with Jenny who was his girl and worked along side with him.

One night when it was raining, Dennis stood across the street from the old office thinking how everything fell apart unbelievably. He the remembered Jenny coming to his office on that day , at first they were just chatting on something but then as they kept on chatting things got heated up fast and they said some unreal words to themselves and then they both part ways.

Months went by, and they didn't talk at all. Dennis was climbing the corporate ladder, and Jenny was keeping her distance, still hurt and not ready to let things go. Then, Dennis's company started this program to help employees feel good, and guess who got stuck running it together? Dennis and Jenny. You could cut the high tension with a Cutlass.

At their first ever meeting of the programme Dennis took a stand and apologize for everything,not only the fight but also for not paying attention to Jenny's feelings. Slowly she started to let her guard down. They shared old dreams and things they were scared of in the past during those late night work sessions. scared of during all those late-night work sessions. They were honest about what happened, figuring out that they let things like pride and being scared push them away .

Of course things were not so simple however, Dennis got caught up in some scandal and from the look of it it seemed that he would loose everything that he had worked for all this long . Jenny could have bailed but instead she choose to stick around because she wasn't so sure that she still trust him but she choose to forgive him instead of holding him in anger. They got through everything together, and it made their friendship even close and meaningful because they were now being true to each other.

They both walked up to the city lights and started talking under the city lights.

Maybe being perfect isn't about never messing up, Jenny said quietly.

Maybe it's about messing up together, Dennis said, and for the first time in years, his eyes looked clear.

By admitting they weren't perfect and forgiving each other, Dennis and Jenny got another shot at love. What they had was way more real than anything Dennis had been trying to fake. The loneliness started to go away, replaced by a hope that was built on truth.

From working together as a team in the office to going down to have a heated quarrel between each other , avoiding themselves for some time and then forgiving each other and understanding their faults and accepting the truth the way it is suppose to be .
