"Anniova" could never be a Portuguese word because there is no chance in hell a Portuguese Teacher would allow you to write a word with a "double n" :-P
Aniova... could be an expression of discontentment or indifference, though. It's similar to "Uma ova" which you would say when you couldn't care less about what's happening. (Or when you don't believe something and want to call someone out on that.)

You know, now that you said it, I think aniova is what you said it could be. I am feeling it. :) Aniova could be more posh and more selfish than uma ova.
