RE: Book Review: Fire and Fury Inside the Trump Administration
Sometimes I have vented my frustration with people to a fellow friend or associate, and they walked away thinking "Wow, he really hates that person." It is their perspective, not mine. That doesn't mean it is true. I was just venting, and gave someone a false impression based on the feelings guiding my words at that moment.
It is hard not to read these kind of books and not let your own attitudes and perspectives get in the way. Sometimes an author repeatedly references information I feel is questionable. Sure, I might listen to the tapes and I still am not sure how to interpret the truth. "Okay, so he said the president said this and this. Why is he telling him this?" Are any of these people using this information to influence my beliefs of reality? That is usually where I draw the line in a book and cast it away, and welcome ignorance of that information.
Yes, I would be a terrible lawyer.
Thank you for the honest review. Not the easiest book to talk about with some audiences.
Thanks, I could have made it a bit more comprehensive, but then I feel like I am putting more of my own personal thoughts into it. It is tough to separate and avoid bias. Thanks for reading!
