💪 How I Finally Took Control of My Body – My Fitness & Fat Loss Journey (No BS)

I’m Clazix – and this is my personal story of how I decided to stop making excuses and finally transform my body and mindset.


🔥 The Wake-Up Call

It didn’t happen overnight. Like many, I tried to ignore the weight gain for years. But one day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself anymore.

Not just physically… but mentally too. I was tired, unmotivated, and stuck.

So I made a decision:
No more shortcuts. No more yo-yo dieting. I wanted results that LAST.


🥗 What I Changed

Forget gimmicks – here’s what actually worked for me:

Calorie tracking
→ I used MyFitnessPal to learn what I was eating. It opened my eyes.

80% clean eating, 20% real life
→ No crazy restrictions. Just balance. Pizza still has a place!

Weight training + walking
→ 4 gym sessions per week + daily walks. Simple and powerful.

Sleep & hydration
→ 7–8 hours of sleep and 3L water/day made a massive difference.


📉 Results So Far

✔ Lost 11kg in 3.5 months
✔ Went from XL to M shirt size
✔ My mental health? Also lighter. More energy. Less anxiety.

And I’m just getting started 🚀


🧠 Mindset Shift

This wasn’t just about fat loss. It was about ownership.

Once I stopped blaming time, genetics, or motivation – I started winning.
Progress is never linear, but if you show up every day… it shows.


🔄 My Advice To You

If you're reading this and struggling:

👉 Start small – walk more, drink water
👉 Be consistent – even 70% effort beats 100% quitting
👉 Don't chase “motivation” – build discipline

And most importantly:
Your past doesn't define your potential.
