Getting fit and healthy are different things and far riskier in today's modern world than they used to be . . .

Generally today most people are to unfit and unhealthy to consider physical exercise. The reasons for this are , firstly everyone wants instant results so they embark on massively strenuous workouts to change their body's in one week.

The sheer amount of modified foods and poisonous information today such as expert opinions on how to exercise lead to confusion and injury. Simply 90% of people today would face the real risk of serious injury if they actually tried physical activity.
