Hey that's a fancy looking thing! I'm not sure if getting another one can help you with getting a better quality sleep but I'm happy to tell you about my experience with my tracker!

I got a Fitbit Charge 2 for Father's Day and its been great so far. It gives me 24 hour heart rate stats which I thought would be great for sleep tracking.

I love it, it tells me that I'm not getting enough sleep (too much Steemit!) but I suppose I already knew that. What is reassuring is the quality of the sleep that I am getting - well within range.

My wife hates that I've always been able to just get up and go, and the pattern of sleep that it shows me kind of validates it when I see the 'light sleep areas.

Yeah was thinking about trying a Fitbit-- lots of my serious runner friends have garmin or polar. I have been just trying to exercise more to get more restful sleep, thx for your input!
