Chest Work out for Quality Gains!

Here is a great chest work out to add to your training program:

Warm-Up:
3x 15-20 Push-ups

The Workout:

Incline Barbell Chest Press
4 sets - 15, 15, 12, 12 reps

Flat Dumbbell Bench Press
4 Sets- 12, 12,10, 10 reps

Incline Cable Flys
4 sets- 15, 15, 12, 12 reps

Flat Bench Dumbbell Pullovers
3 sets 15 reps
