First workout

The first day is always the the hardest, it is a day most will put off for the longest. Making any excuse to raincheck it for another day. If I am honest about it, I have been putting this day off for months now.
But finally I have started dieting and exercising. I am excited to share this journey and my experiences with anyone who wants to come along for the ride, Or even start their own journey with me. I have a gym membership but for most part I will be doing all my training at home using only my body weight. Basic but effective exercises. including crunches, dips, squats, lunges, pull ups, push up, skipping, riding, jogging/walking/running.... the list goes on.
i made a short film and posted it on d.tube of myself doing my first workout back. nothing exciting but as I move on in the months the training videos will become a lot more advanced and in depth. I will also make dieting videos and maybe Vlogs on how I am going or just day to day life .
