My Gym Day Today!

Hello everyone!

I went to gym today and did good workout. Want to share with you what I did.

My workout today:

  • 4 chest exercises
  • 2 triceps exercises
  • 30 sit ups
  • 22 minutes bicycle

It was hard but I feel good now! My chest is little sore but thats okay. The bicycle part was most easy for me.

I am trying to go gym more often now. Its not easy but I want to be more strong and healthy.

Tomorrow I will rest and maybe go again day after.
