Body Transformation (14-16 yrs)
Hello everyone,
i want to share with you my little body transformation over the past 2 years. I started working out at the end of year 2015 thanks to my brother (@mrmoneymaken - his steemit account) that showed me few exercises, told me some bases about nutrition and from time to time he took me to the gym. But i started at home with only a couple of dumbbells like.. 2 times a week because i was playing football(soccer) back then. After almost a year i told myself that it's time to start going to gym. At the beginning i was like: oh man what all those machines for. And you know those beginnings when you're looking at everybody even during your own set it was really ridiculous. Later in the year 2016 i got a job there, you know mixing proteins, BCAA's and other supplements and in the evening cleaning up whole gym. Besides that i don't have to pay a membership so it's pretty cool when you're a student. Anyway here are some of my photos.
