Workout HIIT and Resistance Bands

Yesterday, before heading to the 19th Seafood Festival in Marathon, FL Keys, I completed my HIIT workout and used some resistance bands.

Since I knew, I was going to eat more than I regular do, I pushed a little harder on my HIIT.

The intense training would burn calories for 48 hours, perfect for before a madness seafood eater.

Great workout video! Those jump squats are legit. Nice work with the kettle bell as well.

I’m amazed by your challenges. I will be doing a surgery on 3/19 and won’t be able to do much for 30 days.
