Friday Night Workout! Chest and Triceps!!
So its funny my post from 7 days ago was the same Chest Workout, but this time I added Triceps
Chest
- 5 sets of 15 Bench Press
- 5 sets of 10 incline dumbbell
- 5 set of 15 chest fly
Triceps
- 6 sets of one arm cable pull down
- 6 sets of rope pull down
I am really feeling the burn! I am looking forward to eating now :)
