Haha. You are so European with your dance music and dance moves. Nice video. Shoulder presses with the kettle bells is ok on your wrists?
I do Olympic lifting coaching and always they say- ouch my wrists!!! it is not you wrists it is your shoulders you need to fix them- it takes about a month to fix them- after that I ask - how is your wrists??? I even forgot that they used to be painfull :-DDD
In kb shoulder press wrists never bend it is safer than a barbell(if you have wrist problems it is recommend)
