Well, we have a situation in which interpretation of the two sides is absolutely fair.
@moon32walker, I can't agree that @velimir should reduce his award because of anyone's requirements. If he gets a number of votes and profits, this does not mean that he does it unjustly. He took the time and effort to create his own "brand" here, as do many other users. This is the result of the features of the system, the result of how the platform works by itself. If you have no desire to make a profit, it does not mean that others will agree to reduce their appetite, especially if they invested in this business.
However, in this story there is one point which is wrong.
@moon32walker you have an absolute right to bring this issue for discussion, what you did.
@velimir you also have the same rights and can flagged any user here.
But somebody tell me: what the hell in this exchange of views is doing a third party that had no relationship to the process at the initial stage of its occurrence? I mean @adsactly.
I wouldn't pay attention to this situation, if you have exchanged flags only among yourselves. But the intervention of a third party, which initially supports one of the participants is wrong. It really destroys the system of flags.

Well, I guess this is a very noble policy, but not everywhere and not always.
Imagine that all major projects here that have a powerful SP will to intervene in local conflicts between users, who did not ask for help, ie by default.
And here we have a system in which users are not allowed to Express criticism against members of certain communities. Accordingly, many users will try to join the communities with the largest SP to get high immunity.
