That Tough Little Fall Flower

The pink aster. It's like the last little bit of summer before everything gets cold. They're real pretty and kinda look like little stars, you know? They're one of those flowers that stick around when a lot of others have already gone, so you see 'em in the fall. They just pop up and give a little bit of color when everything else is starting to look brown and sleepy. A real tough little flower.
